How I work

One person, one session, the whole picture

My work involves the whole picture, body, mind, and soul. These parts cannot be separated and neither can my work as they each play an integral part to each other. What manifests in the body is a reflection of our lives, our thoughts and relationships. By following these threads can we find the pathway back to harmony.

What I offer is a cross-sectional approach that draws on my background in psychology, somatic therapy, movement therapy and an umbrella of energy work techniques. Because of the nature of my work, my clients find themselves exploring all dimensions to their concerns which include: stuck trauma in the body, disharmony in their relationships both internally or externally, clearing past lives or soul contracts, and providing direct messages from their angels or guides. I celebrate the new Earth trajectory of this work and its impact on those ready to start the next phase of their journey in this world.

Note: This work is often found to be activating, opening, and an acceleration to their path. I welcome all those who feel called to this work.

In person session available. For those who can meet in person, this is the fullest expression of the work: body, mind, and energy with availability to work across a number of dimensions.

Integrated Healing Session

A combined modality session drawing on everything I've trained in. Zenthai Shiatsu bodywork, somatic psychotherapy, energy field work, and intuitive guidance woven together in response to what's being called for and is live in person on the day.

There is no fixed formula. The session finds its own shape. You may begin on the floor mat and end in conversation. You may arrive with a specific concern and find an expansion into many areas. That is the nature of this work, and it is where the deepest shifts tend to happen. The importance is coming as your authentic self.

This session holds a therapeutic container that is simultaneously physical, psychological, and energetic. You don't need to understand all of that to receive it. You just need to show up. I have tremendous gratitude to all my clients, thank you.

Reading, Healing and Transmission

A guided session in which I open to your guides, angels, and the beings present in your field, bringing through all relevant and resonant messages, insight and healing that are most needed.

Within the reading, I work with your field to calibrate your energy bodies, clearing what is ready to move and tuning you to a clearer resonance. Chakra clearing, energetic blockage release, and light contract work are woven in as they arise. You are welcome to bring questions.

Soul Clearing and Activation

A focused energetic session for those ready to clear, upgrade, and open. This work goes deeper into the field, targeting specific areas with intention and precision.

Depending on what is present, this may include ancestral and lineage clearing, contract dissolution, soul upgrades, and the opening of clairvoyant and claircognizant channels. This session suits those in active spiritual awakening or those who have done foundation work and are ready to go further. However, it is open to those feeling called to this work.

Multi-dimensional Soul Integration

Multi-dimensional Soul Integration (MSI) helps individuals access aspects of themselves, often parallel or past-life soul aspects, to bring forward gifts, skills, and higher-frequency wisdom. It's designed for those who have already done significant inner work and are ready for the next step in their spiritual evolution.

Unlike traditional past-life regression, which often focuses on trauma, MSI integrates the highest-frequency version of a soul aspect that is in harmony with its own life to then join you in this master incarnation. This kind of work acts as a quantum activation, where integration quickly brings online dormant gifts without lengthy processing of old wounds.

This is appropriate for people who resonate with the following

You're on a dedicated path of self-discovery and healing, perhaps working with various spiritual tools or practitioners
You possibly feel inexplicably "stuck" or "stunted" in your energetic or spiritual growth, or you have been getting signs or premonitions from spirit that you are about to embark on the next big step in your journey

How do I know which session is right for me?

If you're unsure, book a free 15 minute call. We'll figure it out together. There is no wrong starting point.

Do you work with people remotely?

Yes. All three online sessions are available worldwide via video call. The in-person Integrated Healing Session is available for in person sessions.

Do sessions need to be ongoing?

I always provide a transparent estimation of how many sessions a person will need to resolve each concern they may have. My work acts as an accelerator and my typical clients notice their healing experience is faster than traditional methods.

Are packaged sessions available?

Yes. Packages can be arranged for multiple sessions of the same type, or a combination of one of each. This is a great option for those committed to a deeper journey. Reach out via the contact page to discuss what would suit you best.
