Where the body and soul meet

I had a near death experience (NDE) in 2022 that led to a soul walk-in and brought me to this path as a holistic therapist and guide. Through my own experience of healing, I came to understand that transformation is not something that happens to us. It is something we are invited into, again and again, when we have the courage to meet ourselves honestly. One of my missions here is to help people understand their path on this New Earth. This includes sharing about my experience both as a walk-in and the transmissions I received during my own self discovery.

Two weeks after my NDE, I discovered Zenthai Shiatsu, a meditative form of bodywork that flows with the poetry of the body. Zenthai Shiatsu incorporates the therapy styles of Thai Massage, Zen Shiatsu, and Osteopathy while using Traditional Chinese Medicine as a lens to diagnose the harmony of the organs. What I found in this practice was the language of the body, the chi system, the symmetry of the heart, and a philosophy built out of the 12 threads that was a way of life for me.

I give tremendous credit to my teachers Sally Meredith and Gwyn Williams for the foundations of my practice, along with the encouragement to go beyond the books and into my own practice.

Alongside this I deepened into psychotherapy. My background existed in Psychology from an earlier degree and I was now finding a renewed passion in the human experience. I found myself fascinated with the intersection of the mind and body, manifesting as somatic trauma, unprocessed experiences stored in the tissue of the body. One step further was how our body was a form of communication for our soul to portray dysfunction in our lives. By following the patterns in attitude, behaviour, and lifestyle, I was able to build a holistic practice that gives me the flexibility to work with comorbid issues.

The work of Multi-dimensional Soul Integration derived from noticing the subtle energies of the body that go beyond the psycho-emotional level. My capacity grew through my years of work and I began incorporating energy work as part of my sessions because I saw it as whole to the entire picture of a person. I was trained by JJ Brighton in MSI and I give my greatest gratitude for the container she held to foster my affinities in spiritual work. Through training I was introduced to a network of practitioners worldwide and we work together to innovate the spiritual arts to be more accessible, creative, and expansive for all.

I am now based across North and South America, Australia, and parts of Europe.

My home during most of my training was in the Dandenong Ranges, a landscape of ancient ferns, mist, and deep green silence that has shaped my practice as much as any teacher or training.

This is the year of the Fire Horse, a year to move, to share, to be seen. I am here to walk that path openly, and to support others in walking theirs.

Synthesis, alchemy, and the search for commonality

I believe in all religions. Not in the sense of belonging to them, but in the sense of looking for what they share. Every tradition, every philosophy, every way of being that has endured long enough to be passed down contains something real. My work, and my life, is a practice of finding that commonality and living inside it.

The dogmatic, discipline-based approach to spirituality, the kind that asks you to believe one thing and skip over everything else, no longer aligns with where the world is going. We are moving toward a world consciousness, a collective awareness that is too wide for any single tradition to hold on its own. To skip over the ways of living and being that come from other religions and philosophies is to skip over part of yourself.

What I actually do, in practice, is read and absorb as much as I have the capacity to understand. Then I find the resonant thread running through it all. Then I try to live from that thread, at a soul, mind, and body level. I believe that is the path forward, not just for me but collectively.

That is what I want you to know about who I am.

"

I live and breathe in the culmination of as many philosophies as I have the capacity to read and comprehend, then I find the commonality within them all to create my own life path.

What I stand for

The values behind the work

01

Truth over comfort

Genuine healing asks us to meet what is real, not what is convenient. I hold space for that meeting without rushing it toward resolution.

02

The whole person

Mind, body, and soul are not separate departments. The most lasting transformation happens when all three are invited into the room.

03

Sanctuaries of safety

People do not open without safety. Creating a genuine sanctuary, unhurried, unguarded, and deeply respectful, is the foundation of everything I offer.
